Levi Lowe: Two-Time CA Poetry Out Loud State Champion

Levi Lowe, a senior at Sonora Union High School in Tuolumne County, took first place in the 2017 California state finals of Poetry Out Loud on March 13 and will represent the Golden State in Washington, D.C. at the national finals next month.
