Sen. Lieu proposes partial Arts Council budget restoration

Senator Ted Lieu (D-Torrance) announced at a hearing of the Joint Committee of the Arts that he will introduce legislation to restore state funding for the California Arts Council to $25 million, a level not seen in more than a decade.   MORE >>
