Day at the Museum, Women's History Month, and the Arts License Plate -- March 4

On Thursday, March 4th, California First Lady Maria Shriver and The Women's Conference are partnering with The California Museum to celebrate National Women's History Month with an extraordinary all-day free event -- Day at The Museum. The California Arts Council will be there to promote the arts in California and the Million Plates for the Arts campaign. We'll join in the celebration with fantastic guest speakers like Dr. Sally Ride, Erin Brockovitch, Lisa Ling, Iron Chef Cat Cora, and more. Our main message: if there were one million Arts License Plates on California highways, there would be $40 million for the arts and California would move from last to near first in per capita arts funding.
