Birth of an Arts Education Program--Inside Out Community Arts

In 2006, Teaching Theatre magazine profiled the impact of the theatre-arts inner-city youth program Inside Out Community Arts. Take a look at the California Arts Council's article (first published in February of 2006) that explored how the program got started and the reasons why the Inside Out leaders are so dedicated to after-school arts programs.
