California Arts Council Blog

welcome to our new home on the web

By blog hostIn arts council news

Welcome to our new website—and blog! We hope you’re as happy with our new virtual digs as we are. Be sure to take the tour; it’s free and requires no seatbelt, helmet or parachute.

We've launched this new website in "beta" mode. We will be working out kinks and quirks over the coming weeks, and very much welcome your feedback during this process. Something displaying strangely on your device? Can't find the information you need? Email feedback to webmaster@arts.ca.gov.

In this space, you’ll hear from our director, our staff, our grantees, and a few guest bloggers we invite to spice up the mix. We’ll share news and photos to let you know where we’re going, what we’re doing, and what we think about it. And we hope you’ll chime in with comments and suggestions if the spirit moves you. As with our Facebook page, we need you to keep your remarks family-friendly, on-topic and apolitical.

That being said, now’s your chance to make history and leave the first comment on this blog. Which of you will rise to the challenge? The suspense is killing us.
